Cancellation Policy and Rules

• Cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date - free
• Cancellations made between the 14th day and the 7th day before the check-in date - 70% of the stay will be charged;
• Cancellations made between the 6th day until the day of check-in, or in case of no-show - 100% of the stay will be charged.
The client must pay in advance 70% of the total amount after making the reservation. You can charge this prepayment to the customer at any time after the reservation is made.
