To confirm a reservation (if the reservation is requested before or until December 15th), 50% of the total amount must be prepaid, the rest of the amount will be paid at check-out + credit card details;

To confirm a reservation (if the request is after December 15th), prepayment of the total amount of the reservation + credit card details;

If any customer cancels the reservation after December 15, they lose the right to a refund of what they have already paid; if the cancellation is before December 15, we refund the amount they have paid.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted  16 days before check-in date. Any cancellation submitted after this period shall be charged by  50.00% of the total value of the reservation.
