Since we do not have a reception we have to schedule our check-in by e-mail or phone, at least 24 hours in advance. If you have any problems with directions to our property or in case of any delay please keep us informed by calling on our cellphone 00351 939 146 262.

Our normal check-in time is after 16:00.

We would like to call your attention to the fact that a guarantee for damage must be paid: 250 € for stays less than 15 days and 500 € for stays over 15 days. This payment can be done in cash or through credit card details for later recovery in the event of any damage.

The non-refundable rates are charged on the day of the booking. Other rates are paid upon arrival in cash or by debit/ credit card.
