Since we do not have a reception we have to schedule our check in by e-mail or phone, at least 24 hours in advance.

Our normal check-in time is after 16:00.

We would like to call your attention to the fact that a guarantee for damage must be paid: 250 € for stays less than 15 days and 500 € for stays over 15 days. This payment can be done in cash or through credit card details for later recovery in the event of any damage.

The non-refundable rates are charged on the day of the booking. Regular rates can be paid in cash or credit card on the check-in day.
