All reservations must be guaranteed by Credit Card.
Cancelations free of charges in refundable rates are allowed until 24 hours before the check-in date.
If the check-in is made after 06:00pm, when it is a refundable rate, 100% of the first night will be charged, and the amount will not be refunded in case of no-show.
In non-refundable rate the total amount will be charged after making the reservation, and will not be refunded in case of cancelation, if you want an invoice with VAT number please inform at the time of booking.
It’s possible to add an extra bed and/or a crib in a Double/Twin Room with an extra cost associated and with previous confirmation of the Hotel.
