General conditions:
Voucher not valid for the following periods: Carnival; Easter; Christmas; New Year`s Eve, local and national holidays and bank holidays.
The presentation of the voucher at the time of booking and use.
The use of the voucher requires prior reservation with same subject to hotel availability.
Cancellation policy: 48 hours prior to date of arrival.
In case of late cancellations or no-shows, the voucher will be unusable.
This voucher can be returned until 15 days after the date of purchase.
This voucher has a validity of 1 year after the date of issue.
