All reservations require a guarantee; you may choose to guarantee your reservation via credit card or bank transfer:
a) Credit Card Guarantee
. The credit card serves as a guarantee for your reservation during the free cancellation period.
The first night’s charge is processed 72 hours before your arrival date.
. Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the arrival date.
. Later cancellations or no-shows: the first night’s charge is non-refundable.
. Please note that debit card and virtual credit card details are not accepted as a guarantee for your reservation.

b) Guarantee via Bank Transfer
. Bookings are confirmed upon payment of a deposit equivalent to the cost of the first night within 24 hours of booking; the remaining balance is payable upon check-in. Once the transfer has been made, please send us proof of payment, which must include your booking ID and billing details. If proof of payment is not provided, an invoice/receipt will be issued to the end consumer within 24 hours.
. Failure to make the deposit by the established deadline will result in immediate cancellation.
. Cancellation 72 hours prior to the arrival date: we will reschedule your reservation, subject to availability and conditions for the requested date.
. Later Cancellations or No-Shows: no refund will be issued.

Taxes and service fees:
. VAT included at the current rate.
. Municipal Tourist Tax:
October to March: €1.50/person/day
April to September: €2.00/person/day
Applicable to guests aged 16 and older and for stays of up to 7 consecutive nights.

Children and beds. All children are welcome.
