All reservations require a guarantee; you may choose to guarantee your reservation via credit card or bank transfer:
a) Credit Card Guarantee
. The credit card serves as a guarantee for your reservation during the free cancellation period.
The first night’s charge is processed 72 hours before your arrival date.
. Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the arrival date.
. Later cancellations or no-shows: the first night’s charge is non-refundable.
. Please note that debit card and virtual credit card details are not accepted as a guarantee for your reservation.

b) Guarantee via Bank Transfer
. Confirmation of the reservation(s) requires a deposit of the first night’s amount within 24 hours of booking, with the remaining balance due at check-in. After the transfer, please send us the proof of payment, which must include your reservation ID and billing information. If proof is not provided, an invoice/receipt will be issued to the end consumer within 24 hours.
. Failure to make the deposit by the established deadline will result in immediate cancellation.
. Cancellation 72 hours prior to the arrival date: we will reschedule your reservation, subject to availability and conditions for the requested date.
. Later Cancellations or No-Shows: no refund will be issued.

Taxes and service fees:
. VAT included at the current rate.

. Municipal Tourist Tax:
    October to March: €1.50/person/day
    April to September: €2.00/person/day
    Applicable to guests aged 16 and older for stays of up to 7 consecutive nights.

Children and beds. All children are welcome.
. We consider children aged 13 and older to be adults.
. The price shown is for the number of adults in your search. If you are traveling with children, add them to see the correct prices and occupancy information.
. 0–2 years old – A crib is available upon request – FREE.
All cribs are subject to availability.

SWEET SPA SERVICES

. 60-Minute Water Circuit - Price: €20 per person per circuit (Dynamic Pool, Sauna and Turkish Bath with Chromotherapy, Sensory Shower, and Relaxation Room) 
Access to the SPA and treatments requires prior reservation.
If your reservation does not include access to the SPA, you may add the service at check-in. 
Minimum age requirement: 14 years.
