All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card.
Prepayment of 50% is charged between 24- 48 hours after your reservation.
The balance of 50% will charged at arrival time.
If you reserve within 2 weeks before your arrival date, we will charge the full amount of the reservation.
No additional persons are allowed to stay unless previously agreed.

Modification of dates: The original price will be charged if modifications for a shorter stay are made within 14 days before arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 14 days - by midday (12.00) - before arrival date are free.
Cancellations made with less than 14 days (12:00) before arrival date are charged the full amount of the reservation.

No shows: charged the full amount of the reservation.

Supplements are not calculated automatically and have to be paid, in cash, during your stay.
Damage Charge: Tavira Vacations Apartments reserve the right to charge for any damaged or missing item.

Late arrival (21:00 onwards) – must be agreed before arrival.
After midnight (24:00 – 01:00) - must be agreed before arrival and has a supplement charge of 25€.
No admittance after 01:00.

One car parking space per apartment is reserved.
No Smoking in the building.
